Information About Cancellation
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 30 days after:
- The day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more items in a single order and they are delivered together; or
- The day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last item, where you have ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- We have received the returned goods; or
- You have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods,
whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions and Loss of the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for:
- The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;
- The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right to cancel expires prematurely for contracts concerning:
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery;
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- The supply of sealed audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software if the seal is broken after delivery.
