Shipping Policy
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery consists of two stages:
- Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after an order is placed, it is reviewed, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.
- Delivery Time
Germany: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post DHL Group.
All delivery times are estimates and do not include any potential delays caused by customs clearance. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be longer than usual.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance against theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.
Where Is My Parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. Simply click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My Tracking Number Is Not Working
Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If no tracking information is available after several days, please contact our customer support team.
